Role Overview:

As a Tailor, your primary responsibility will be crafting high-quality garments and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized fittings and designs in and around Ljubljana.

Key Responsibilities:

Garment Creation:

• Create custom garments according to client specifications and measurements.
• Use sewing machines, hand sewing techniques, and other tools to achieve precise results.

Fittings and Alterations:

• Conduct fittings and alterations to ensure the perfect fit for each client.
• Respond to client preferences and provide recommendations for alterations if needed.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to meet client expectations.
• Ensure an enjoyable and comfortable experience during fittings and consultations.

Design Collaboration:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences.
• Offer suggestions and creative input for garment designs.

Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality in all garments produced.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of client measurements, preferences, and alterations.
• Generate reports outlining completed orders and ongoing projects.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Tailor or similar role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in sewing techniques and garment construction.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using sewing machines and garment-making tools is beneficial.
