As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our Logistics Team, contributing to the efficient transportation of goods across diverse locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all aspects of the transportation process, from loading and unloading cargo to timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Dispatch, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination of transportation activities.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance with transportation regulations during all stages of the delivery process.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on delivery status, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and address any mechanical issues promptly, ensuring the fleet’s optimal functionality.
• Contribute to route planning discussions, offering insights based on knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times, submitting necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular safety training sessions and actively contribute to the implementation of safety best practices.
• Operate trucks and other vehicles responsibly, considering the well-being of yourself, fellow team members, and the public.

Skills & Experience:

• A current, spotless commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a truck driver, preferably in a logistics or freight transport capacity.
• Familiarity with route planning software and GPS navigation systems.
• The capacity to drive and maintain different kinds of vehicles and trailers.
• Good interpersonal skills and the capacity to work well in a diverse team environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and delivery requirements.
• Basic computer skills for documenting and reporting purposes.
